HOMEOWNER VOICEMAIL

“Hi, it’s Jordan. We’re ready to move forward with the heat pump. Before we do, how long would installation take? Could someone call tomorrow after four?”

A timing question, a buying signal, and a requested callback—all in one message.

Context captured for your team01 → 02

Explore the planned workflow with fictional conversations. This example does not place calls, analyze uploaded recordings, or send texts. AI notes and priorities remain reviewable; your team sets the communication rules and confirms commitments.

A little more room in your day

More follow-through.
Less on your plate.

Your crew has homes to look after. Let AI catch the call, organize the notes, and bring the right follow-up to the top of the list.

01 / FOCUSED

Work you already quoted.

Start with the calls, messages, and open estimates already reaching your team. Keep the first pilot focused on residential replacements.

02 / CONSIDERED

Your judgment stays central.

Your team sets the AI’s approved information, reviews its notes and priorities, and handles pricing, financing, and installation commitments.

03 / ACCOUNTABLE

Follow it through to the job.

Track replies, callbacks, completed work, and gross profit. Compare results with your normal follow-up.

Make the value tangible

What could one
more job mean?

Use your own job economics to explore the proposed monthly price. A pilot should earn its place through completed work and useful time saved.

Illustrative arithmetic, not a prediction of recovered jobs. Excludes the $500 pilot fee, additional staff time, overhead, and any agreed usage beyond the plan. A pilot must establish whether follow-up adds value beyond your existing process.

Early access: the AI service and software are being prepared. We’ll agree which calling, answering, voicemail, and text workflows the pilot includes, along with voice minutes, SMS allowances, data access, contact permissions, and handoff rules. No guaranteed bookings or revenue.

A few things, clearly

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Who is this for?

Residential HVAC owners and operations managers with a steady flow of replacement estimates and room for more completed jobs. The initial focus is locations with 5–49 employees and a clear gap in how unanswered estimates are followed up.

Is Warmstride available today?

We’re collecting early-access interest while preparing the supervised pilot and product. Joining the list is free. We’ll discuss your workflow and confirm what can be delivered before offering a paid pilot.

We already use a CRM. How would this fit?

We’ll review your existing phone, messaging, and CRM setup. The pilot would start with an agreed export or supported data handoff. CRM integrations are not currently offered on this site, and we won’t ask you to replace a process that already works well.

Can the AI answer calls and follow up by phone or text?

That’s the planned workflow: answer incoming calls, make approved follow-up calls, analyze voicemails, and prepare notes, texts, and next steps. We’ll agree phone setup, hours, voice minutes, SMS allowances, and handoff rules for each pilot. This early-access website shows examples; it does not operate your phone line today.

How does AI prioritization work?

The intended queue considers the homeowner’s request, expressed intent, timing, and any follow-up pause. Each suggested priority includes a reason your team can review. It is a suggestion—not a prediction that a job will close. Requests to stop or wait take precedence over another reminder.

Who decides what gets said?

Your team sets the AI’s approved information, calling and messaging rules, and escalation points. The AI identifies itself on calls. Notes, suggested replies, and priorities are reviewable; pricing, financing, and installation commitments stay with your staff. Any messaging must use eligible contacts with appropriate documented permissions and respect opt-outs.

How would we know it helped?

Track the path from eligible estimate to reply, callback, completed job, and gross profit. Where practical, compare against a group receiving your usual follow-up. Replies alone don’t establish additional revenue.

What happens after I sign up?

We save your early-access request and may contact you about your estimate workflow and a possible pilot. You can optionally tell us your estimate volume. There’s no automatic subscription or payment. Read how we handle your details.
