Warmstride is preparing an AI-assisted communications and estimate-recovery pilot for residential HVAC contractors. The proposed price is $500 for 30 days at one location, covering up to 150 eligible replacement estimates. This is an early-access offer; delivery and fit must be confirmed before enrollment.
Start with the right opportunities
We would review your unanswered estimate list, existing follow-up, installation capacity, and available data. A useful pilot needs enough eligible opportunities to compare the workflow with what you already do. An agreed export can be the starting point; no live CRM integration is promised.
Bring the conversation together
The planned workflow combines AI call answering and calling, voicemail analysis, concise AI notes, text follow-ups, and a prioritized queue. We’ll agree the supported channels, voice minutes, SMS allowance, phone setup, and staff review rules before the pilot. Unlimited calling or texting is not included in the proposed price.
Keep your team in control
Agree on the eligible contact list, documented communication permissions, approved information, usage, handoff rules, and opt-out handling before any contact. Your staff handles pricing changes, financing questions, and installation commitments.
Measure the actual contribution
Track replies, objections, staff-approved callbacks, completed and paid jobs, gross profit, staff time, and opt-outs. Where practical, use a comparison group receiving normal follow-up. A reply or callback is not a completed job, and associated job revenue is not automatically incremental revenue.
Decide what comes next
At the end of the pilot, review the contribution and delivery effort together. Proposed continuation is $299/location/month for up to 150 new eligible estimates monthly. Any usage outside the agreed scope requires a separate agreement. Joining early access does not create a subscription, authorize payment, or reserve a guaranteed pilot start date.
